With a staff of 200 people working in both the French and German speaking parts of Switzerland, our institution does not limit itself to defining an employer’s policy favourable to the development of the private sector. It is also important that this policy becomes a reality. An example of our services, we deal with some 20’000 telephone calls about employment and social laws every year from our offices in Paudex and Bern. And it is a free service!
